More about Instructor Training
All of the Emotional Rescue™ (ER) Courses and programs are based on the Community Principles of psychological safety, warm community connection, and spaciousness. We strive to apply the ER Method and Community Principles in every aspect of our courses and programs, including Instructor trainings.
We are dedicated to creating safe spaces in which everyone can learn. As an Instructor in Training, you are guided in developing advanced skills in the Emotional Rescue Method. The Instructor courses help you hone those skills in the contexts of presentation and facilitation. You will also receive foundational training in the science behind the ER Method –– how and why it helps people to build emotional resilience and reclaim their creative energy.
Most important, you will receive the tools and support you need to keep growing, personally and professionally, as you apply the ER Method while teaching it to others. Throughout the Instructor Training you will receive valuable feedback from Certified Instructors, as well as opportunities for self-assessment to help you plan for ongoing improvement.
What are the competencies that ER Instructor Training can help you develop?
- Respond to emotions with empathy for yourself and others
- Apply the ER Method in your personal and professional life
