The ER Method is the result of decades of work by Dzogchen Ponlop to help people around the world experience our emotions with greater clarity of mind and generosity of spirit as we relate to ourselves, to others, and to our world.

In this course, you will have guided opportunities to practice the ER Method in an open, accepting environment. By the end of this course, you will better understand your relationship with your emotions and will have practical skills you can apply to any situation.

Course Structure and Dates
This online course is held on Zoom. It is a concise but rich program that introduces you to the fundamentals of the Emotional Rescue™ Method in nine 2-hour sessions with a generous break in between. Video recordings are available to view after each session has concluded.
Each session is filled with engaging practice, discussion, and meaningful connections with other folks who, like you, are committed to transforming difficult emotions into empowering energy. To keep the ER Method fresh between sessions, you’ll receive weekly journal questions and exercises to explore the Method on your own.

Course Instructors
Diane Biray Gregorio, PhD
Dr. Diane is a Harvard-trained social psychologist, applied researcher, speaker and trainer. For the past several years, she has been leading courses on emotional resilience with a focus on how to prevent burnout and bounce back from adversity with creativity and a positive vision. She has taught participants from all over the world including: senior leaders of business organizations and nonprofits, healing professionals, parents, and people from all walks of life. Dr. Diane is known by course participants for her engaging mix of science, humor, and personal experience of how the ER Method has transformed her own life and the lives of many others.
Well-Being Liaisons and Instructors-In-Training
Rachel Seely, MA
Rachel Seely, MA, LPCC is a trauma informed psychotherapist and mindfulness instructor. As an ordained healthcare chaplain she draws from her background in Buddhist Studies & Clinical Pastoral Counseling as well as her 25 years of meditation training and practice. Currently she works as a grief counselor for children and families and as adjunct faculty for Naropa University’s School of Graduate Counseling & Psychology as a meditation instructor.
Omar Polo Aguilar
Omar Polo Aguilar is a Peruvian counselor, emotional healer and meditation instructor, trained in therapy, coaching, and in different forms of using the body-mind interaction to heal.
During the last years, Omar has made nearly 60 group workshops/Q&A on emotional healing and resilience.
Omar loves music, learning, walking, laughing and observing with curiosity nature, people, things and the mysteries of life. He is also a former business consultant and business management engineer graduated with honors.
